Payment arrangements

Unless we have agreed upon other arrangements, we normally require full payment at the time services are completed.

Under continuing services, we may accept payments on a pre-arranged monthly basis. Additional services would be billed based on our firm’s normal hourly rates for the services involved or an agreed upon flat amount or a combination of the two methods.

For longer term projects, we usually require an upfront partial payment, progress billings and final payment upon completion.

We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
